Commercial Refrigeration Service Website Terms

Fort Worth Cold Care publishes these commercial refrigeration service website terms for its information, planning tools, forms, and printable resources. The site does not itself diagnose equipment, decide food disposition, guarantee dispatch, or create a contractor relationship.

No emergency or safety guarantee

Do not rely on the site as emergency dispatch. Follow workplace, fire, electrical, refrigerant, and food-safety procedures and contact appropriate emergency services when people may be at risk.

Provider relationship

Any provider must independently confirm coverage, timing, qualifications, licensing, pricing, scope, warranty, and terms. Users should verify the provider and written agreement before authorizing work.

Pricing and tools

Published price examples are retrieval-dated market evidence, not quotes. Estimator and assessment outputs are informational and cannot account for the actual equipment or conditions.

Content and sources

Regulations, provider prices, and technical guidance can change. Use current official sources, manufacturer instructions, and qualified personnel. No result or ranking is promised.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse forms, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, scrape personal information, interfere with the site, or misrepresent generated content as customer proof.
